Rita Cordovil is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, University of Lisbon, where she teaches Motor Development, Research Methods and she is the Vice Coordinator of the Masters in Child Development. Rita graduated in Sports Sciences, took her MSc degree in Sport Psychology and her PhD in Human Movement Studies, all in the Faculty of Human Kinetics.
She is a board member of ICCP (International Council for Children’s Play) and she supervises Master and PhD students in the Faculty of Human Kinetics. Rita has several international peer reviewed publications, books and chapters in books. Research areas: Perception and Action and Development and Learning.
